Benedicte Soteras becomes Partner at DLG
The digital marketing expert and Head of Client Services has been appointed a Partner and shareholder as of the 01.10.2021.
DLG, the independent digital agency specializing in international luxury and lifestyle brands, has announced the promotion of Bénédicte Soteras, to Partner and shareholder. Soteras, who was already a part of the company’s Geneva management team and is currently Head of Client Services, has helped to contribute to the growth of DLG during her time at the company, demonstrating outstanding management skills.
She joins existing Partners Pablo Mauron (Managing Director China), Anais Leuba (Head of Finance), Iris Chan (Head of International Client Development), Alain Zimmermann (Managing Partner, Board Member), and Dino Auciello (Head of Social Media & Digital Communication).

About Bénédicte Soteras
Bénédicte started her career in Digital Marketing back in 2011, following studies and experiences abroad in Bookselling and Publishing. After 7 years spent agency-side in the UK, Denmark and France, namely with Digitas (Publicis Group), where she occupied diverse Search and Consulting roles on international projects, Bénédicte joined DLG in 2018 as Search Manager. Successively promoted as Head of Search and Head of Client Services (Ad Interim) in 2019, she now holds the position full time of Head of Client Services, being responsible for the CS team P&L management, recruitment, retention, and growth of a team of 20+ experts. She led several strategic initiatives including the Great Place to Work® certification that the company obtained in 2021.
