For over 20 years, David and his teams have advised countless luxury and lifestyle brands on how to harness the power of digital to create brand desirability, successfully launched campaigns in key luxury markets such as China, guided brands in increasing e-commerce revenues, and ensured that these luxury brands find their distinctive voice within the digital noise.

Iris has 15 years of marketing experience in agencies and consultancies in the North American and Asia Pacific markets, specialising in the luxury category. She has worked closely with brands including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, LVMH, Richemont, Ermenegildo Zegna, Christian Louboutin, Estée Lauder Companies and Ralph Lauren.

Her marketing experience spans the areas of branding and communication strategy, digital strategy, market research and analysis, media and editorial planning, as well as online and offline activations. Previously based in Shanghai for over five years, Iris now resides in New York.

MANAGING DIRECTOR CHINA,

Based in China for the past 10 years, Pablo has led a team of over 80 in successfully managing consulting, social media, e-commerce, CRM, and creative projects for major luxury and premium brands. Working with international brand headquarters, and regional teams, he develops strategies and executes marketing activities that localize the global values of luxury brands to resonate with the nuances of the local market and consumers.

With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing & strategy and advertising, Pablo has advised over 100 luxury brands on their digital strategies both globally and locally.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING DIRECTOR, EQUITY PARTNER

With 12 years of agency-side experience, Benedicte is a MarCom and Digital professional with international experience gained in the UK, Denmark, and Italy. A former Search expert and team lead, she also held the role of Head of Client Services at DLG, managing a team of +15 experts and being a key contact for global clients.

As a Partner and member of the Management team, Benedicte has been instrumental in achieving the company's Great Place to Work™ certification in 2021. Beyond her core responsibilities, Benedicte is a fervent advocate for diversity & inclusion, holding board positions in two non-profits promoting professional inclusion for migrant youth and challenging gender norms to foster a more inclusive world.

CLIENT DIRECTOR, EQUITY PARTNER

As a Client Director with over 12 years of experience, Dino has been in charge of several important clients for DLG, including leading the relationships and teams working with brands such as Glenfiddich or Van Cleef & Arpels.

Dino started his career in journalism in 2010 working for one of the most influential Swiss business magazines, becoming its digital manager three years later. In 2014, he was promoted to deputy editor-in-chief before joining DLG and digital marketing in 2017.

MANAGING DIRECTOR, CHINA CONSULTING

Jacques oversees DLG ’s research and consulting business in China through which he partners with international brands to elevate their digital strategies and digital operations in China. The holistic recommendations formulated by Jacques and his team guide brands in adopting best practices and designing transformation programs to accelerate performance across the Chinese digital ecosystem.

Before joining DLG, Jacques was the SVP of Pandora Greater China, EVP at Baozun (China’s largest e-commerce operator), and the China CEO of a large fast fashion retailer. He also spent 16 years in New York, working with consulting firms McKinsey and Alvarez & Marsal.

Marie has 7 years of agency-side experience spent in Paris and Geneva working with luxury and lifestyle brands such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Patek Philippe, Mumm, Hennessy, Glenmorangie, BMW, and Biotherm.

At DLG, she leads international projects with a strong focus on social media and advises global luxury brands on their social media strategies and activations, including influencer marketing, as well as managing a team of experts.

Benjamin is an international digital marketer with several years of experience helping start-ups to multi-million dollar businesses grow online. With clients from diverse industries such as watchmaking, skincare, private banking, automotive, spirits, travel, and more, Benjamin has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in digital marketing.

At DLG, Benjamin leads the Search & Performance Media unit, where he leverages his deep understanding of online growth strategies to help luxury brands succeed in the digital landscape. With a passion for data-driven marketing, Benjamin has a proven track record of delivering measurable results for his clients.

Tina has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing exclusively serving luxury brands like MCM, Christian Louboutin, Montblanc, Swarovski, and more.

Armed with a clear understanding of workflow processes and team management structures, she manages the operations of the DLG China team, counting over 80 members.

Aude has advised some of the world’s most desirable companies on their brand strategies and communications including Apple, Dior, Nike, Beats by Dre, and M.A.C Cosmetics, where she managed the redesign of all digital touchpoints including its e-commerce website as Global Executive Director, Digital Innovation.

At the forefront of digital innovation and cultural relevance, her work has received numerous recognitions ranging from The Webby Awards to the Awwwards and FWA.

With over 18 years of experience, Samira stands as a seasoned HR & Talent Director including 8 years with Michael Page Switzerland, where she led its HR practice.

Further enriching her profile is her tenure in the automotive sector as HR & Talent Manager for a top player in the industry, where she played a key role in molding talent strategy and company ethos.

Having overseen hundreds of recruitments and built a vast network, Samira is now taking a pivotal role at DLG. She embodies a holistic vision for talent, which involves not just innovative sourcing and onboarding of creative and marketing professionals for our Geneva office, but also nurturing their growth and development, ensuring they flourish within DLG’s unique environment.
