DLG Acquires Re-Hub, Strengthening Leadership in Luxury Data & AI Solutions
DLG (Digital Luxury Group) announces the acquisition of Re-Hub, a Chinese technology company specializing in AI-driven business intelligence solutions for luxury brands. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in DLG's strategic growth, further enhancing its capabilities in data intelligence for the luxury sector.
By integrating Re-Hub's advanced intelligence products, DLG will expand its offerings beyond China, making Re-Hub's innovative solutions available to a global luxury clientele. This move solidifies DLG's position as a trusted partner to significant luxury groups worldwide.
"We are thrilled to join forces with the Re-Hub team. This acquisition represents the first step in our 'buy and build' strategy, which will rapidly create strong opportunities centered around AI for our clients in China and globally," said David Sadigh, Founder & CEO of DLG.
Founded in 2017, Re-Hub provides a cloud-based SaaS platform featuring three key modules for brand performance measurement and e-commerce optimization, gray market tracking, and pre-owned goods monitoring. The machine learning-powered platform tracks over 150 luxury brands, with notable clients including Breitling, Ferragamo, Tory Burch, and Zegna.
Re-Hub's proprietary COMPASS and Daigou Indexes have become authoritative benchmarks for evaluating luxury brand performance in China. They are regularly featured in international publications such as Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times.
As the luxury market evolves, decision-makers face growing challenges in managing shifts in consumer behavior, market trends, and brand desirability. Re-Hub's data-driven solutions provide luxury brands with critical insights to stay ahead, offering actionable intelligence to optimize e-commerce and social media strategies, campaign performance, merchandising, and pricing decisions.
"Several DLG clients have already begun benefiting from Re-Hub's offerings to enhance their marketing and commercial strategies. We look forward to further utilizing Re-Hub's expertise in aggregated sales and marketing data, helping to unlock the 'China data black box'," added Pablo Mauron, Managing Partner & Board Member of DLG.
Max Peiro, Founder & CEO of Re-Hub, said, "Over the past two years, we've built a strong partnership with DLG. Their unique position at the intersection of luxury, digital, and technology allows us to expand our offering and amplify the strategic value we deliver to our clients."
The terms of the acquisition, including financial details, remain confidential. Re-Hub will continue to operate independently under its current management as part of the DLG Group.
DLG remains committed to pursuing further data and AI acquisition opportunities as part of its long-term 'buy and build' strategy.
