This strategic appointment supports DLG's evolution into the luxury industry’s first AI-native strategic growth platform.
Geneva, 18 August 2025 – DLG has appointed Blaise Roulet as a Non-Executive Board Member, effective immediately. He joins Chairman Christiaan de Lint, Founder & CEO David Sadigh, Managing Partner China & Board Member Pablo Mauron, and Tibère Adler, Strategic Advisor to the Board and Executive Team.
Blaise brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, with a focus on data, analytics, and AI deployment at scale. He most recently served as Head of Sales Europe at Palantir, where he built the company’s European commercial organization and supported the deployment of advanced data platforms across a wide range of industries. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Salesforce, where he led the CRM platform’s market entry and expansion in Switzerland and Austria, scaling the business from inception to a 500-person operation. He also built and led a team focused on global private equity clients.
“Blaise’s track record in scaling enterprise AI platforms and building commercial organizations makes him a strong addition to our Board as we continue to expand DLG’s technology and advisory capabilities,” said David Sadigh, Founder & CEO of DLG. “His expertise in enterprise sales, AI adoption, and data-driven transformation will be particularly valuable as we continue building a scalable AI platform tailored to the luxury industry.”
This appointment aligns with DLG’s broader AI-first strategy, launched in 2024 following the acquisition of Re-Hub, a Chinese AI-powered business intelligence platform focused on the luxury sector. Since then, DLG has been integrating proprietary AI solutions across client operations in Europe and Asia, delivering measurable impact on the P&L of initial client deployments through increased marketing efficiency, accelerated revenue growth, and margin protection."
“DLG is one of the few organizations combining deep luxury expertise with proprietary technology,” said Roulet. “The company’s integrated approach—blending data, AI, and brand strategy—positions it well to support the sector's evolution at a time when geopolitical uncertainty, including shifting tariffs, makes proactivity and precision critical to growth.”
DLG is currently rolling out a suite of smart agentic software, developed to address key challenges facing luxury and lifestyle brands. These include decoding near real-time luxury market dynamics, measuring and increasing brand desirability using proprietary algorithms, optimization of media mix, managing price elasticity across markets to protect margins and brand equity, and reducing grey market exposure through anomaly detection models. Designed to enhance strategic and operational decision-making, these software agents operate continuously and autonomously, complementing DLG’s advisory, creative, and performance services with scalable, always-on intelligence.
