DLG Awarded Great Place To Work® Certification

DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is proud to announce it has recently been awarded a certification from Great Place to Work®.

Great Place to Work® is based on 30 years of research representing millions of employees’ experience of their workplace. Companies such as Accor, IWC (Richemont), Marriott or Salesforce are amongst the firms who have been successfully certified.

“Our people and our culture are at the center of everything we do. We have invested a lot in our team over the years and are delighted to have been awarded this certification that recognizes, via the direct input of our colleagues, the qualitative experience that we provide to all through our workplace culture,” said Benedicte Soteras, Head of Client Services and member of the executive team.The results of our employee survey and assessment by Great Place to Work® Switzerland found that DLG scored above the Swiss benchmark (all Swiss-based companies participating in the certification between 2019-2021), most notably in the areas of Credibility, Respect, Fairness and Camaraderie and Leadership Effectiveness.  Among the questions asked of employees were whether management was easy or approachable to work with, whether employees were offered training or development opportunities, how fairly employees feel they are treated, how the team cares about one another and whether management delivers on its promises.

"The detailed analysis of our results also enabled us to pinpoint which areas we could still improve upon (e.g. the sense of pride felt by our employees and impact on the community)." said Benedicte Soteras. "We know this will lead to new initiatives and concrete actions at different levels of the company so we can all continue to make DLG grow as collaboratively and healthily as it’s been the case so far."
